Lost in desperation’s blackened mouth
A chasm bleeding out the essence of life
No escape from these corridors
Of thoughts, of thorns and lies
No voice to speak the truth
No consciousness to grab upon the chariot of time

Smaller and smaller buried deep in your spiritual grave
Rotting away, empty of concept, empty of will, empty inside

This world is a marquetry of death
Moments of a nightmare, a parade of shades

Desperation crushes upon the spine
Unbearable this vision of total death
Time mocks the mind’s convulsive gleams
Your cries a death rattle to the world

A new fear before me, I welcome this newborn madness
An enemy which transforms and exists in vague forms
Springing from inside me to the mightiest of them all
An elusive architect of myopic realities
Laughing at me with this blackened mouth of despair
